By accessing or using PSC Streamline ("the Service"), operated by Prep Sports Central ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PSC Streamline is a platform designed for sports journalists, photographers, and media professionals to manage their work, including but not limited to:

  • Creating and managing photo galleries
  • Writing and publishing articles
  • Managing media credentials
  • Portfolio management
  • Pro member messaging and community features
  • InstaSlides presentation creation

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of PSC Streamline require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Premium" tier). By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us:

  • A non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content
  • The right to use your content to provide and improve the Service
  • Permission to create thumbnails and previews of your media

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Prep Sports Central and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Stripe for payments, OneSignal for notifications, and cloud storage providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREP SPORTS CENTRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prep Sports Central, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
